Wonderful initial premise fraught with techno mysteries and intriguing, atypical characters. Unfortunately, Moore had no clue what to do with the characters or how the mysteries really should be resolved. Result, a true Deus Ex Machina ending with Angels & stuff. Moore is a hack who doesn't plot, goes with the flow and simply does stuff that's "neat" or "cool". For this, he is touted as a genius. Go figure.
